Door Curtains Bamboo and Acrylic Beaded

We have some fabulous printed designs on our new bamboo door curtains, wooden door curtain and acyrlic plastic door curtains.

Each bamboo door curtain is built from 90 lengths of wire, each wire strung with short pieces of bamboo. Once completed these pieces are all painted to create an overall design. The design being repeated on both sides of the curtain for added impact.

The lengths are strung from a wooden bar which has 2 small metal eyelets screwed into the top for fixing.

Painted or printed decorated bamboo curtains are ideal for the warmer months giving any room or doorway a novel or fun look. Bamboo itself is environmentally-friendly as it is a fast growing harvestable grass. Can be ideal for attractive curtains all round the house. People use them as door curtains, window curtains, wall hangings or over a wardrobe instead of doors.

Beaded door curtains came into fashion late 1960s. They were a fun and useful way to conceal what was going on in a room, adding a bit of privacy like a net curtain at the window.

Some of our bamboo curtains bring a touch of the tropical into your home; the pyramid sunset and the palm trees and surf pattern. Or why not show your patriotism with a st georges flag.

The bamboo also makes a gentle knocking noise as it is moved by the wind or by someone brushing through the strands aside, a calming sound and also alerts you to someone coming into or out of the room.

How to install bamboo curtains
Installing bamboo curtains is quite easy as The lengths are strung from a wooden bar which has 2 small metal eyelets screwed into the top for fixing. Mark where the curtain hooks need to go with a pencil and then hammer in the hooks in. The curtain eyelets should fit over hooks.
